To request a refund for a Windows or Mac game that you purchased directly from LDW: You may request a refund within 48 HOURS of your initial purchase by submitting our customer support form (click "No," below), making sure that you provide the following information:
Please note that we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are not automatically granted.
If you purchased the game from a game site other than LDW, you will need to contact support at the site where you made your purchase for assistance with your request. We cannot process cancellations or refunds for purchases made on other game sites. For help with determining where you purchased the game, please click the link below for assistance.
For Mac games purchased through Apple's Mac App Store, you will need to contact Apple support for assistance. Apple handles all transactions made through their Mac App Store.
To request a refund for iOS games (iPad, iPhone, iPod touch): For refunds on games for your iOS device, you will need to contact Apple support for assistance. Apple handles all transactions made through their iTunes App Store.
To request a refund for Android games: For refunds on games purchased from the Google Play Store, Google will automatically grant a refund for any reason within 15 minutes of purchase. If Google's time limit has passed, you may request a refund by contacting us within 48 hours of your initial purchase by filling out our customer support form (click "No," below), with the following information: 1) your full name, 2) your email address, 3) title of the game, 4) the order number associated with your purchase, 5) the reason you are requesting a refund. Note: We cannot consider your refund request if you do not provide your Google Play order number. We review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note that not all refund requests are granted. (For example, change of mind, don't like the game anymore, etc. are not granted).
To request a refund for Pocket PC or Palm games: For refunds on games for your Palm or PPC handheld device that were purchased directly from LDW, you may request a refund by contacting us within 48 hours of your initial purchase by filling out our customer support form (click "No," below), with the following information: 1) your full name, 2) your email address, 3) title of the game, 4) the order number associated with your purchase, 5) the reason you are requesting a refund. We review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note that not all refund requests are granted. (For example, change of mind, don't like the game anymore, etc. are not granted).
If you purchased the game from another online site, you will need to contact support at the site where you purchased it for assistance with your request (Handango, Palm, Handmark, etc.). We cannot process cancellations or refunds for purchases made on other game sites.
